BELAGAVI: A man was killed after being hit on the head with a stone in Sankeshwar town of Hukkeri taluk on Saturday night.The husband of the woman who was in a relationship with the murdered man, and his friend committed the murder. The murdered man has been identified as Babu Shankar Bhusagol, (35) .Police have suspected that the murder may have been committed in the backdrop of an immoral relationship.According to the information given to the police, there was a previous fight with the murdered Babu over a road issue.The police have taken two people into custody in connection with the murder case.The police visited the spot and inspected it, and a case has been registered at the Sankeshwar police station.
