Bengaluru: A financial dispute turned deadly after a 25-year-old autorickshaw driver was murdered allegedly by a friend and his relative, who dumped the body in a pit at a vacant site on the city outskirts.The victim is Rakshith N, a resident of Udhay Layout in Tavarekere. His mother Pushpalatha said Rakshith left home around 6pm Sunday to collect money that his friend Mohin Pasha owed him.When Rakshith failed to return home, the worried family began searching for him. On Monday, Pushpalatha confronted Pasha, who allegedly confessed to the murder.Pasha said he, his relative Hasan and Rakshith had gone near Ramasandra Lake, where they picked up a fight. The duo allegedly assaulted Rakshith with a wooden log and smashed a stone on his head, killing him on the spot.After the murder, the accused allegedly disposed of the body in a pit at Ramasandra, where garbage is dumped.
