JP Nagar in Bengaluru gears up for grand finale this Sunday

Bengaluru: The final edition of The Times of India’s Happy Streets at JP Nagar is all set to take place this Sunday, marking the conclusion of a vibrant community initiative that turned the streets near Adarsh Rhythm Apartment, Sahyadri Layout, into a lively hub of fitness, creativity and neighbourhood bonding. Over the past editions, residents of all age groups embraced the initiative, making Sunday mornings more active and engaging.The concluding edition promises an exciting line-up of wellness, music and performances, offering residents one final opportunity to come together and celebrate community spirit. The morning will begin with a meditation session by Heartfulness, followed by yoga and pranayama sessions conducted by Sarvebhavanthu Sukhinah Yoga.Fitness lovers can join an energetic Zumba session by Swingers Dance Inc, while NeeRav Arts Village will introduce participants to a traditional Mudgar workout session, bringing an interesting blend of heritage-inspired strength training practices to the streets.Music and entertainment are also expected to take centre stage, with singing training sessions by From Mug to Mic and a lively performance by Mic and Melody. Audiences can look forward to dynamic dance showcases by Step Nation by Deeksha, Vijaya Cultural Academy and Let’s Move Dance Studio.Bringing action-packed flavour to the programme, Aryan Martial Arts will showcase karate for attendees.Beyond recreation and entertainment, the sevent will promote public awareness, with Alert NGO conducting CPR training sessions to equip residents with essential life-saving skills. The event will conclude with a lucky draw by presenting sponsor Bhima Jewellers.As the curtains come down on the JP Nagar chapter of Happy Streets, residents are expected to gather one last time to celebrate movement, wellness and togetherness, bringing to a close a memorable run that transformed ordinary streets into spaces of community connection.
